Data Deletion Instructions
Reqonex is operated by One Influence PH Digital System Corp. If you have messaged a Facebook Page that uses Reqonex, or you signed in to Reqonex with Facebook, you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Here is how.
Option 1: Request deletion by email
Send an email to mangcocorics@gmail.com with the subject "Reqonex data deletion request" and include:
- Your name as it appears on Facebook.
- The name of the Facebook Page you messaged (or the Page you connected to Reqonex).
- Optionally, a link to your Facebook profile, to help us find your records.
We will confirm your request and delete the matching conversations and profile details from Reqonex within 30 days. We may ask you to verify that the request is yours before deleting anything.
Option 2: Remove Reqonex's access on Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find the app used by Reqonex and choose Remove.
This stops the app from accessing your Facebook information. To also have the data we already hold deleted, send the email request in Option 1.
What gets deleted
- Messenger conversations and attachments linked to you.
- Your Facebook-scoped ID, name and profile picture stored in Reqonex.
- For Page administrators and agents: your Reqonex account details and the Page access tokens you connected.
We may keep limited information where we are required to by law, or where it is needed to keep the service secure.
