Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reqonex ("Reqonex", "we", "us"), a customer support inbox for Facebook Messenger operated by One Influence PH Digital System Corp. By signing in to or using Reqonex you agree to these Terms. If you use Reqonex on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

1. The service

Reqonex lets a business connect its Facebook Page, receive the Messenger messages sent to that Page in a shared inbox, distribute conversations among its support agents, and reply to customers. An optional chatbot can draft or send automated replies. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

• An administrator account manages Pages, support agents and settings. Support agents sign in with accounts created by the administrator.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connecting a Facebook Page

You may connect only Pages that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a Page you authorize Reqonex to receive and send Messenger messages for that Page and to read basic Page details through Meta's platform. You can disconnect a Page at any time in Reqonex or remove Reqonex's access in your Facebook settings.

4. Your responsibilities

• Follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies and Community Standards, including the rules on when and how a Page may message people.
• Handle customer conversations lawfully. You are responsible for having any notices, permissions and legal basis needed to process your customers' information, including data protection laws that apply to you.
• Do not use Reqonex to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive or illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data.

5. Automated and AI-assisted replies

If you enable the chatbot, message text may be sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate replies. AI replies can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for configuring the chatbot, reviewing its behavior, and making sure customers can reach a human agent.

6. Customer data

You keep ownership of the conversations and customer information that pass through Reqonex. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Third-party services

Reqonex depends on services we do not control, including Meta's Messenger Platform, hosting providers and, where enabled, an AI provider. Their availability, changes or restrictions can affect Reqonex, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Reqonex available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Reqonex at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by Meta, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. After termination you can request deletion of your data.

10. Disclaimer

Reqonex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business arising from your use of Reqonex. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or zero if you used it free of charge.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Reqonex after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, unless the law requires otherwise.
